Your driver will be awaiting you at the airport entrance with your name on a cardboard sign (please, indicate if you arrive at the national or international terminal). If you do have availability, we recommend early arrival, as this will allow YOU to enjoy your stay more and NIGMA to assist you personally in checking into your accommodation and making sure it is according to your choice.

Bali: In Bali (Indonesia), the Professional Training is taught in English. The reason for conducting this intensive Training in Bali (Indonesia) is that there is no better place in the world to open and connect your heart, spirit and mind, which is what we search for when we dance. Ubud area is absolutely special and magical. This central part of Bali, full of lush tropical vegetation, is peaceful and soothing, and most its inhabitants are artists: dancers, musicians, painters, sculptors, jewellers, art designers, etc. It is a safe and relaxing environment of outstanding beauty, ideal for holiday and intensive study. The Students can apply for an extension of their accommodation if they wish to stay longer before or after the Course to rest and enjoy the island. In Bali Holiday-Training, to suit each pocket, we offer 3 different standards of very peaceful traditional accommodation (single or a double) with a swimming pool, some overviewing the rice fields, in the exceptionally beautiful and magical Ubud area.
Half Board meal system allows you either to stay in the Retreat to have dinner or explore the Ubud area and beyond, where you will easily find a huge variety of restaurants for each “stomach & pocket” (Western, Vegetarian, Indian, Indonesian, Japanese, Chinese, etc.; 1€-30€ a meal) around the Ubud area and other popular touristic destinations around Bali.

Rest & Optional Activities in Bali:

If you'd like to stay longer, a list of alternative activities, ideas, recommendations, places to visit and contacts to exploit will be offered to the Participants so each can make free choices each day and carry out their activities according to individual preferences. You can apply for transport or make arrangements on your own. You can explore places with a group, get organized with your friends or go ahead on your own. Enjoy your time! Bali can be overwhelming… Our recommendations are:
—Spa treatments
